What a confusing recipe. It doesn't mention to add any salt or if the salmon should have skin on it or not. Also no mention whether you should cut it into pieces before putting it in the pan. And no mention of how much time the tomatoes are supposed to simmer before or after you put the salmon. Like what, how do I know if it's over or undercooked?
Despite all of these things being eyeballed by me and the recipe turning out close to what was required, I wouldn't recommend it. The flavour is lacking and it's just kind of- fishy. I like salmon so if was fine, but there are way better ways to prepare it.
