I made this salad 🥗 was amazing. I didn't have apple cider vinegar so just used lemon. I added cream cheese, greek yogurt and crumble cheese in the mixture and added sweetcorn. Tasted divine. The crumbly cheese gave it the nutiness flavour. Would defo make again. I served this with broccoli 🥦 chicken main dish, ehich i also found on this app. 😋
