Really good and unique flavor, a nice change from standard sauces! We used gluten free flour in the rub and it worked just fine. I had pork cutlets with no bone, so the cook time was a little shorter but they still turned out juicy. Served alongside roasted garlic parm potatoes and Italian dressed green beans and this was one of my favorite things I've made in a while. First time in a hot second I haven't had to practically triple the spices on a recipe.
