The sauce is wayyyyy too watery (too much milk) and it’s a tad bland despite me adding a lot more garlic and herbs to it than it called for. I kind of regret meal prepping this because now I have to eat it for 6 days.

I'm sorry it didn't go well for you. Do you think you could microwave it to a boil? Some times that will help it to condense which would help the runny-ness and the flavor. Take out the pasta first though!
