Better than I thought it would be as I was making it. At least doubled the spices and garlic, and salted and peppered often and liberally, and used a lot more broth than it called for, mixed almonds into the mix as well as on the top, and used a lot more cranberries and broth. It makes a ton of food, though. I'm going to have to package up the leftovers in portions and freeze it. Don't need near as much rice as it says, half at best. This would be best for a bunch of people, but it's not something that blew us away, just tasty. Husband didn't like it so I won't make it again but others might really enjoy it.
