This was pretty good flavour-wise but the recipe for the sauce is confusing and unclear. Instructions list '0.5C water' - what is this measurement? Have never seen 'C' used as a unit of measurement for liquid. With nothing else to go on I could only assume it was a typo meant to be 0.5 LITRES but that was waaaaaaaayy too much water. I didn't even use all of it for the sauce because it looked like too much and still ended up having to reduce it for 20 minutes. It's a shame because the other components were really good but were all tepid by the time I rescued the watery sauce because it took so much longer to reduce. Please clarify what 0.5c is supposed to mean so people can cook & enjoy this dish as intended
