It was very good! I made it with regular mozzarella cheese. Purchased deli pepperoni and sliced and then cut it in chunks.
I made it with the pan on the bottom of the oven and it burned. My son made it on the lower rack and it did just fine. It took a little longer. Will definitely make again!
