Turns out as it should if you follow the directions. The skin was surprisingly crispy for baked. After the flip when 5 minutes were left I threw a dash of Thai Chilli on them so it could caramelize a tiny bit without burning the sugar. Yes that's an old enameled turkey plate from the late 70s lol
