The entire family lived this chicken! Because we enjoy spicy food, I increased the cayenne to 1 teaspoon, rather than half, and it was DELICIOUS! My hubby had requested this be in a regular rotation, lol. The recipe was VERY easy and quick to make. A definite "week-night" recipe.
