So many people have contacted me to say they love this recipe and had no problems with it. I also make it regularly. Ovens vary in temperature and how high your shelf is is also a factor. If a bake is undercooked then in needs longer in your oven.

What? No? Ovens vary? You're making assumptions I don't know my oven or how to bake. Maybe you should consider the recipe is flawed.
