Loved this only had one can of green chilis so added extra cayenne and some red chili pepper. Added 1.5 lb raw boneless chicken thighs into step 2. Added 3 cups of chicken broth instead of what’s listed and half the sour cream. I didn’t blend the beans. I shredded the chicken with two forks once it was 165 degrees. I would make this again and I love how it creates minimal dishes ! Next time I want to try adding Greek yogurt in place of the sour cream. Would also be good with added poblanos or more veggies like peppers ?
