Omitted yoghurt for Slow Carb Diet. (Didn't need it either) Didn't have zucchini or green beans, swapped with sliced leeks and broccoli. Very versatile and tastes lovely for days after. Also freezes well. However, don't be fooled by the stated prep time. From start to finish, timesing by 1.5 to make a bigger batch, this took me 40mins of prep. However, I do now have meals for 3-4 days so it's good return on time invested.
