Nuts burned at 3-4 mins so I would do 2-3 mins next time and keep a close eye on them. This tastes really great heated with full fat yogurt. My toddler said it was ‘yucky’ which was disappointing but she’s in a picky phase so what can you do… I like it! I didn’t layer like instructed and rather followed someone else’s comment to start with the wet ingredients and then add the dry to them, including fruit (saves a bowl). Also I used a pinch of salt as others said it was too salty. Turned out fine with the pinch. I really, really love C+K’s granola and this was a variation of that but not quite as good. Still nice to have another oat option. Also I think eating this shortly out of the oven would be awesome; I made it the night before and refrigerated it, then reheated in the morning. Still good, but I think it would be epic fresh out of the oven.
