I made these but added a slow cooked shredded beef. For the sauce I used light Mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and garlic powder. For the tacos I used small flour tortillas and shredded Monterey Jack cheese. I would make these again! They splatter so splatter guard could help. It would be good with any meat or maybe even some beans.
