Vibrant, rich flavor for a tomatoe bisque. Easy to make and great flavor...serve with grilled cheese and it's a perfect meal! I found that I needed to add a lot more seasoning and fresh garlic and a little extra Parmesan to get the right flavor profile for us...so don't be shy and spice it up!
