This was very good and came together quickly. My hubs loved it.
I used gluten-free fettuccine cooked al denté, and subbed gochujang for the red pepper flakes.
*Tips: Chop extra green onions for garnish.
Beforehand, you'll want to mix all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and taste for the perfect spicy/sweet balance. Make extra sauce, it's good. Then simply pour it into the browned beef, and mix in your onion and noodles. Fast and easy! I'll definitely make this again.
