This was absolutely delicious and very easy to prepare. I just cut the cobs in half as difficult to cut. I used a Cajun kielbasa sausage from Ralph’s.
I did boil the corn and potatoes in advance. I used fingerling potatoes that had a wonderful creamy texture.
Will make this again for guests.
