So good! I always eat healthy so cooking something like this is way out of my comfort zone. However, my boys love hearty foods such as this, so I switched my diet up for the night. I did add extra veggies though. Doubled the carrots, celery, onions and peas. I also used less butter, because holy cow, I almost had cardiac arrest just reading the recommended amount! I cut the butter in half (used plant based) and only used 4 cups of unsalted broth for the whole recipe. 6 cups would have made it watery. It was delicious. My boys loved this dish!
