I added 1/2 teaspoon of thyme, two cloves of garlic, 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, fresh mushrooms & a shallot. When it was done I added a squeeze of fresh lemon juice & capers. The sauce thickened up nicely once the cream cheese was added.
