Taking notes from others that made this and following no allium diet. I doubled the sauce ingredients except for the sugar I did just under the 1/3 cup. I did 2/3 cup soy 6 tbls hoisin and tsp of the dry pepper and ginger. Added cornflour to sauce mixture as I was making it whilst waiting for the beef to cook. I also added mushrooms as they needed using. It's definitely going to be a takeaway replacement meal and next time I'll switch the meat and noodles maybe add broccoli bamboo and water chestnuts too
