This was good! But I don’t know what psychopath makes fried rice without garlic, so I added 3 cloves. I also used, like, two tablespoons of ginger, instead of the measly 1/2 teaspoon it called for. Also, a little splash more of soy sauce here and there, and even some toasted sesame oil, will really bring out the flavors. I’m also not sure what kind of crazy person adds ginger at the end instead of sautéing it a bit first, so I added the garlic and ginger for the last minute or so to sauté in with the carrots and peas. I substituted peas because I be damned if I’m gonna spend my time shelling edamame. Though, if I could have found edamame already shelled, I would have used it, cause it’s so tasty, but so are peas. By the way, it’s 2 cups COOKED quinoa/rice. This recipe is poorly written. I’ll make it my way, many times over, so I tots recommend
