← Replies in Cheese Sauce for Cheese Fries and Nachos Recipe

Made it to go with some caramelized onions. I did two tablespoons of Texas Peet hot sauce and you could barely taste it. I'm wondering if cayenne pepper wouldn't have been the better thing to add.
