Be careful when searing the beer on high you probably don’t need much oil at all. Beef should be thin and if you use a cheap cut you need to velvet the beef. Next time I want to add some wine to the sauce and Worcestershire sauce. I added minced garlic to the end of cooking the onions before I put the mushrooms in the Dutch oven I took out the onions and garlic. I also added fresh rosemary. I did thin sliced ribeye and it was over cooked a bit and tough. It ended up making 4 servings for us over egg noodles. I would also add maybe some cayenne pepper for some spice
