Loved this so much!!
The recipe is for 2 servings, so adjust as needed. We always add extra garlic to anything, but for this I'd recommend going easy on it. While I still liked the kick of the garlic, it wasn't as kid friendly. My child actually loved it initially, but once the spice of the garlic built up they were over it. I didn't use nutritional yeast either, I just used parmesan cheese. We will definitely enjoy this again. Hopefully next time the store will have cherry tomatoes that aren't half rotten already, and I'll be able to enhance it even more. I just used some good grape tomatoes this time.
