It was my first layer cake, I was not convinced at first but it was actually not difficult (but long). The instructions might seem a bit complicated or confusing but it is precise. The cake came out pretty for a first try and absolutely delicious. Everyone loved it. Would definitely do it again, with even more lemon curd. The only weird thing is that even with 10 drops of yellow colorant it was really far from yellow. Maybe we don't have the same colorant in France... 😊
