Simple and yummy. Used honeycrisp apples because it's what I had on hand. Used two apples, diced to about pea sized and didn't measure how much that was. It was fine. I liked it he simple topping, which I hadn't done before. You just dip the cooked muffin top in butter and then cinnamon sugar mix. It was great!
