The apple juice is missing from the directions so we added it to the glaze, which turned it into a very runny liquid. I do believe the apple juice was meant to be put in the tin foil while cooking with the apples. It also says 170° for the oven temperature which is in Celsius and not fahrenheit. Looking at 170° F is meant doe slow dry heat cooking, which is not scheduled if only in the oven for an hour. We also didn't have fireball whiskey, so we used Jack Daniels Apple and added 1 T cinnamon to the dry rub
