This is delish! It’s more the texture of a fluffy cake somehow. And super vanillay. I always add chocolate chips to my banana bread and this is the first one I feel like doesn’t need them, I think because the sour cream (I used Greek yogurt) adds something extra. Def a go to. Plus so many recipes call for 4 bananas but I never have that many overripe ones! Also I’m 8 months pregnant and ate this entire loaf in 2 days oops
