Have tried a number of Naan bread recipes over the years and this was the best so far. The naans were soft and fluffy and a great accompaniment to the meal. Didn’t have bread flour so used plain flour instead but found I needed more flour than shown in the recipe to make a useable dough with the water quantity shown. Suggest mixing the dried yeast with a smaller quantity of water than shown in the recipe and adding more water gradually until the dough feels right. I used a stand mixer for my dough.
