Like many readers, this is a homemade Hamburger Helper, but perfect for a weeknight. To keep it lighter, I used cauliflower gnocchi, plant based meat & cheese, vegetable broth, & almond milk in place of heavy cream. I added a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce & prepared ketchup & mustard. I also added a pablano pepper, fresh mushrooms & shallots instead of onion. Hubby loved it. Will definitely make this again.
