Best chocolate cake I've ever made!! Came out super moist yet fully baked - deep chocolate flavor. Make sure to use high quality cocoa (used King Arthur tri-cocoa blend). Cooked in 10 inch instead of 9 inch springform and came out just fine - 53 minutes was perfect, but toothpick test in the center is best test. Added 1/8 c Bailey's to frosting and that added a lot - would frost sides of cake as well, next time. Almost perfect cake!
