I've made this twice now, first time as per the ingredients and method as in here and it was lovely.
Second time, I swapped Broccoli for chicken lol. I used large handfuls of fresh herbs & 4 garlic cloves, blended and mixed into the mascaponi before stirring it into the pasta. I added my separate cooked/poached (simmered im water and paprika) chicken chunks plus my fresh mozzarella and stirred well before putting into a oven dish.
Sprinkled with cheese and opened for 10 minutes.
