Used unsalted butter, made the mistake of over-salting the cod filets initially. Make sure to use a little salt on the plain, raw cod filets, use unsalted butter, and use slightly less Cajun seasoning so it's not so powerful. I ended up having to add an additional 10 minutes because one of the filets didn't reach the 165F temp that was needed for food safety.
It was delicious! I'd make it again ☺️
