I have made this 3 or 4 times and my husband who doesn't like cauliflower really likes it. My note is to share this:
"A medium head of cauliflower (about 2 pounds) typically yields around 4 to 5 cups of florets." so hopefully it saves someone else from looking it up every time. The last time I made this the head of cauliflower I had was 2.5 lbs and gave me 8 cups of florets. Based on that I used 1.5 times all of the other ingredients save salt which I only used 1/8 tsp fine sea salt for the entire batch. After I mixed all the ingredients I ended up adding @ 1/2 the called for amount of each of the seasonings - not the butter and oil which I kept at 3 TBSP each (again 1.5 times the original recipe). I did this because my husband doesn't have a very sensitive sense of taste. He really liked this version as did I except next time I would use less butter and oil even with the amount of cauliflower I had this time.
