This recipe is fantastic for anyone trying to cut out sugar! The flavor is spot-on, unlike many sugar-free recipes I've tried. Just a heads-up: I found the batter a little too dry, and had to add about 1/3 cup of milk. I suspect this is because I substituted gluten-free flour for the almond flour. Definitely worth trying, even with the adjustment! If my picky child thought they tasted great, then the recipe can be trusted. Lol!
