I used small Golden potatoes and the recipe was too long for those. They were done after the initial 25 minutes in the oven. So I took them off the tray and continued with the rest of the recipe as instructed. The chicken was AWESOME! I will definitely make this again and just omit the first potato cooking phase. Note that I did omit cilantro and cumin as I dislike the taste.
