Added a little gochujang to the peanut butter as I was cooking it. I liked how it turned out. I also served this with udon noodles in a peanut sauce (peanut butter, honey, gochujang, rice vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and some water the noodles cooked in) and broccoli. This was a quick and filling meal and my husband had no comments
