I made some adjustments to adhere to what I have available. I didn't have bourbon, I just used water (should have used chicken stock) and I did not grill them. I tossed them in the spices, then in corn starch, and put them in the air fryer. They came out nice and crispy. They are a lot sweeter than I would prefer a wing to be, so we added some hot sauce, I may not make them again, but they were still pretty good and my husband enjoyed them. So thumbs up.
