I added doubled the recipe (by eye). Added 1 carrot, 1 red bell pepper, 6 cherry tomatoes. Added italian seasoning instead of oregano, and I like spice so pickled chillies (2 tbsp). My choice of cheese was parmesian. Salt and pepper ofcourse. Turned out awesome but self criticism: red bell pepper stand out too much. This recipe is a great base to build on. Turned out amazing, enjoy!
