A very light fresh pasta dish, great for warm days. Asparagus had great texture. Topped with Parmesan as suggested. Forgot to salt and pepper everything after adding lemon which it really needed so won't forget next time. Would be good with broccoli instead of asparagus as well. All in all a good and simple dish, although felt like it was missing just a little something... Perhaps a pinch of chili flakes or dollop of cream cheese to thicken the sauce a little? Made for two people. Only did half bunch of asparagus because it seemed like a lot. Only used six ounces of pasta (weighed it) and it was more than enough, recipe said 8 and that would have been so much more than the stated 3 servings.
