This is an excellent and simple go to breakfast bowl for meal prep. I added 1x Tbsp of chia seeds to the cottage cheese and refrigerate the daily servings of cottage cheese. I prepped the other veggies and use about 30g of peppers cucumbers, and 70g of halved cherry tomatoes. I crush the pistachios and use 1x Tbsp in each bowl with a sprinkle of the chopped chives.
