Quick to assemble, pretty tasty and easy. I mixed the soup, water, and onion mix in a bowl with the rice in order to coat it and also added cut up mushrooms. Slathered that over the chicken in a glass casserole dish w parchment paper. Also soaked the rice for about 30 minutes prior to adding it (I used brown jasmine rice). Based on reviews, I increased the heat a bit, but next time would cook according to directions since chicken definitely got cooked (wasn’t dry per se, but could have been more tender). Also might try it with chicken thighs next time. Could have thrown some more veggies in but was great with mushrooms. It might have been a little lacking without them. Overall I will make again for a weeknight meal where I don’t need to prep much!
