This was delicious! I used chipotle chili in adobe sauce instead of chipotle powder. I also used fresh lemon juice. I’d suggest reducing the water and milk for the polenta by 1/2 a cup. It calls for too much and didn’t reduce very much, which left it pretty runny. I used regular paprika because I didn’t have smoked, and at first thought it was too much, but as you whisk it, it really was a perfect amount. If you think it’s too much, at an extra squeeze of honey. Overall, a great and tasty dish that I’ll definitely make again!
