A great recipe using the ninja foodie.
I cooked a 1.5 kg high-welfare chicken by steaming it for 6 minutes in stock following instructions, then air frying it for around 36 minutes with the Meater probe set to air fryer mode. That was all it needed — the skin turned out beautifully crisp, and the chicken itself was incredibly tender and flavourful..also makes a great gravy next time I would also stuff the bird with some lemon, thyme and garlic for extra flavour
