My store did not have wonton wrappers so I bought egg roll wrappers. They were too big and too thick. First I baked them like the recipe said and they tasted awful. We’re very chewy and tasted like flour. So then I fried some and put them into the inverted muffin tray. They looked a lot better so I did the rest that way. Then I filled the shells with meat and put them into the oven to reheat the filling for a couple of minutes. Well during that time, they flattened out and got soggy and chewy. The flavors of meat and the slaw were very similar to the ones at Applebees but the textures wet all wrong. Very disappointing.
