I adjusted down to 4 servings so I didn't waste a lot if I didn't like it. Made it to go with the bag of southwest salad I bought at Sam's. No adjustments, hubby approved. Don't tell him there is fat free Greek yogurt in it....I did add a little more cayenne pepper to mine. I let it sit in fridge before using so flavors could blend. Not sure about calorie content, seems high. After looking at nutrition info, probably won't make again.
