Pretty good! Took longer to cook than suggested. I added another 8 minutes. I used 2 huge chicken breasts and cut them each into 3 pieces. 2 were pretty thick though. Served with penne pasta and some extra sauce.

Yes, dinner chicken breast is always a better option. I always pound the chicken breast and cut them in half. That’s probably why it took longer for your recipe to cook. Nevertheless, it is a super easy recipe to bake and I am very glad that you enjoyed it.
