Added umami paste, liquid seasoning, plenty of salt and pepper, 100ml extra stock, and thickened a little with 1 tbsp of cornflour (in a slurry 30 mins before the end of cooking time)

Slurry? Liquid seasoning? These are all new concepts to me but it looks edible 👍
