I added a teaspoon of vanilla, half a tablespoon of coffee extract, mini chocolate chips, a tablespoon of honey, a tablespoon of flaxmeal & a teaspoon of baking powder. I topped it with chopped walnuts & baked it for 22-23 minutes. Great for a quick early morning breakfast. It's not very sweet but we're fine with its flavor. Perfect way to use leftover bananas. Will definitely make this again!
