This was pretty good and a different flavor profile. The instructions are missing when to add the flour, so I whisked it in to the milk when the milk was added to the pan. It was a thick sauce after the cheeses were added, so added more milk to thin it out a little. We had this with pork chops. I think if I make this again, I'll add some herbs like thyme or rosemary to complement the strong gorgonzola, maybe a pinch of cayenne to add a little more spice.
